Counselling & Therapy in Canary Wharf & Online

A calm, confidential space to step away from the pressures of everyday life. Time to think clearly, understand what’s really going on, and find a way through. Private therapy for adults, in Canary Wharf and online across the UK.

Who I Work With as a Therapist in Canary Wharf

I work with people carrying a lot, professionally and privately.

Some come to me under real pressure. Holding responsibility that doesn’t let up, and rarely getting the chance to admit how heavy that’s become.

Some bring parts of themselves that don’t have much space elsewhere: questions of identity or self-understanding that tend to stay private.

Others are working through anxiety, self doubt, or the quieter weight of relationships and change.

Holding different parts of yourself in different places takes its own effort. Here you don’t have to.

Counsellor Based in Canary Wharf

Hello, I’m Freddy Crook, Modern life leaves little time to stop and ask how you’re really doing.

I’m a BACP registered integrative counsellor. I came to this work after my own experience of corporate pressure and burnout, and what counselling gave me when I needed it.

I offer a space to speak openly, without needing to have the words ready first. Stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties. We take the time to understand what’s underneath, at whatever pace works for you.

How We’ll Work Together

Taking the first step shouldn’t feel complicated. I offer a private space to talk through what’s on your mind, honestly and without a script. Over time, we look past the immediate difficulty to what’s underneath it.

HOW IT WORKS

Initial Consultation

A short call, around 15 minutes, to talk through what’s brought you here and see if we’re a good fit.

Regular Appointments

Weekly sessions, either in person in Canary Wharf or by video call, weekday evenings between 6 and 10pm.

Ongoing Support

Each week we work through what’s immediate, and what runs deeper. Slowly, that builds into something more solid.

Questions You Might Have

Wharf Counselling offers dedicated professional care with an approachable, human touch. Whether meeting face to face in Canary Wharf or online, you will find a safe, LGBTQ+ affirming space to talk through what matters to you.

Online sessions take place via a secure video link, offering the same level of focus and privacy as meeting in person, all from the comfort of your own home.

We begin with an initial 15-minute consultation. This is an informal conversation to explore what you would like support with, discuss how we might work together, and see if the practice feels right for you.

Counselling can be short term to focus on a particular challenge or open ended for deeper personal exploration. We check in on progress regularly to make sure sessions continue to suit your needs.
